Estimate: € 15,496.97 Under the action of a violent windstorm, the metal structure of the turret on the top of the building covering the elevator and ex-condominium booths, dropped and fell towards the prospecting stable. The structure, made of steel and sheets of metal, after having crossed the garden in the fall between the two buildings, crashed violently hitting the building in front, at the height of the of 4-5th floor, causing serious damage to the façade and the structures present (balconies, railings, ...). Subsequently the metal structure crashed onto the ground in the condominium garden below.
