Following an order issued through the RASFF Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed, the Norwegian health authorities imposed the withdrawal from the market of an important honey lot, a result of casein contamination and originally provided by an important Italian company in the sector. Determination of the damage and its causes required careful inquiries at the injured firm in Norway, and several sessions at the management of the insured company. Determined damage: US $ 980,000.00
